To clarify, on a Mac, Control+F5is nota hard refresh as it is on Windows. In the majority of cases, the Commandkey replaces the Controlkey when converting Windows shortcuts to Mac ones. For example, Control+Tto open a new tab under Windows is Command+Ton a Mac. Logic dictates that a hard refresh shouldbe Command+F5on my Mac.
